TIMESTAMPS

(00:00) History of Sky-Frame.

(10:50) Tips for architects.

“The biggest part is the preparation. Get it getting us involved at the right time in the early phases… Houses do deflect, commercial buildings do deflect. So it's important we tell them exactly what to do and work with them through it because it's not always easy. So getting us in early, getting them to our showroom, making them understand where we're coming from and the quality that they're getting really helps in the long run. ” (10:58)

(19:41) Maintenance of products.

“If a motor goes out of belt we could walk up to our systems, look up and there are four screws to have access to the motor if you want to replace it if you need to test it, run a diagnostic. It's all right there. You don't have to break walls. You don't have to break floors. You're able to service, put it back, put the four screws back in and you're done. It's something that everybody loves, obviously, and it helps us to move forward and get a resolution for a customer quickly.” (20:12)

(25:35) Installation.

“We have an installation trainer and we have an installation manager. They are there for everything, for support, to help any with complications, and to go and do a final sign-off with the client to make sure that they're happy. It's very key to what we do to have someone be able to show up if there's an issue.” (27:12)

(42:54) Expansion to the US market.

(49:04) Pivot doors, motorized doors, and safety.

(01:03:33) Manufacturing timeline.

(01:08:06) Pricing, maximum spans, and dimensions.

(01:14:32) How Sky-Frame overcomes the challenges of producing frameless doors and windows, new products, and Sky-Frame’s LA Showroom.
